Initiation

Dwight takes Ryan out on his first sales call, but puts him through a series of tests and challenges, including an excursion to the Schrute's beet farm. In the office, corporate orders Michael to log his work activity (with Pam's help) and Jim tries to adapt to the Stamford branch.
